About the Seminar
The seminar calls a meeting of the representatives of nets, movements and social organizations (Latin America, Africa, Asia and Europe), academicians and students to analyze and discuss the education on international cooperation, for a change in the North-South relationship.
Among the participants we can find Boaventura de Sousa Santos (CES Coimbra); Remy Herrera (CNRS Paris), Oscar Jara (Red Alforja. CEAAL), Jorge Balbis (ALOP), Taoufik Ben Abdalah (ENDA Tiers Monde), together with well-known Spanish and international researchers and academicians.
The Seminar is structured in two different parts:
First day, Thursday 1st March: introduction of the different nets and social organizations which will take part, at IEPALA headquarters, on calle Hermanos García Noblejas de Madrid, 41.
Second and third days, Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd March: presentations, discussions and workshops, in CaixaForum – Madrid, Centro Social y Cultural de la Obra Social de Fundación la Caixa.
